Staying Tobacco Free

Becoming smoke-free and staying that way can be one of the most rewarding things you can ever do – and one of the best things you can do for your overall health. However, those who have tried to quit tobacco know that it can also be one of the most difficult things you ever do. Luckily, there are ways to make quitting easier.

One of the best ways to stay tobacco-free is to surround yourself with support. Being able to talk to people who are dealing with the same challenges that you are can make all the difference in the world. At the Staying Tobacco Free support group, you can share experiences, tips, and concerns with others who are quitting. The group meets once a week so that you and your fellow group members can keep one another accountable and make sure you are keeping your goals in focus.

The Staying Tobacco Free support group meets at the St. Luke's Hospital Tobacco Treatment Center. We are located in the Fallen Timbers Medical Center at 5757 Monclova Road in Maumee, and we meet in the conference room across from Suite 24. Our meetings are every Tuesday from 7:15 - 8:00 pm. If you have any questions about the Staying Tobacco Free group, please call us at 419-893-QUIT (7848) or e-mail quit@stlukeshospital.com.
